Hi, Jon - I haven't taken the time to respond to your email from a couple of months
ago.  Sorry.  My business life has gone off the deep end and I'm busy as all get out.

As for the liability issue: a contract lawyer will probably tell you to sell the sub
"as is".  That puts any and all maintenance and so forth in the buyer's lap.  Second:
he/she will probably advise you to sell the sub as nothing more than a flower
planter.  "Any use as other than intended . . .".  You probably catch my drift.

This would doubly protect you.  The lifelong liability aspect would probably be moot
at this point.

On the other hand, if the buyer killed himself because the sub's hull exploded after
he mixed garden fertilizer and diesel fuel together for his garden . . . that may be
another matter   8~D
