for details. I am sending you to the owner as opposed to letting him 
advertise on psubs since I am a bit uneasy turning the discussion group into
a Sub4Sale mart. However there should be some follow up discussions:

1. Is it appropiate to advertise a psub for sale on the group? 

2. What if someone dies in a psubs they purchased through advertising on 
   psubs, any liablility to psubs?

3. Any comments?
