I'm not offended. Boats are sold via mailing lists; I see it
frequently.

Could there be a liability? If someone buys a car via ISP, is the ISP
liable for problems?

As long as their is discussion of the whys and wherefores of the design
of the boat for sale, I'd say it would add to the PSUBS experience.
We'd
be able to learn how labor is evaluated for such a sale.
