Conversion factors are on page 458 of Stachiw's book (segmented sphere with square edges).  With a conversion factor of 5 for cold water applications you'd be right around 300 meters max depth.

Using Stachiw's tables I'm seeing critical pressure of 14mpa or 2030 psi (4561 feet or 1520 meters).

Operational depth estimate comes from GL table. If you look up the scale destruction test data in Stachiw’s book, it will fail at some 2500 M.

I assume you are not including a conversion factor to get the 500M depth estimate?
