Began working on the drop weight arrangements, and sort of got a little 
distracted because I wasn't happy with the deck arrangements.

I figure you just need some space for those fair weather days to stand 
on deck.  Looking at a system whereby the deck rails can be retracted 
and extended to waist height.

Some extra wave deflection, some more work in this area.

Regarding viewports, very keen to learn about the options and costs.
