Re: [PSUBS-MAILIST] Norway diving
Helge
I live just north from you, in Haugesund and I started on a project
some years back but time just didn't add up. I have a pressure hull,
two acrylic domes (600mm and 1200) electric motors and even an
elcectric car engine.....and a lot of thoughs about pros and cons on
different sub design. If you make a small two man sub you will either
rely on a surface vessel to tow you or launch you. If you make a
bigger sub, then you can transit independent ond so on, but the larger
vessel gets the larger the cost will be. And a large vessel is more
awcvard to manuver arund wrecks and cliffs then a small sub....but in
the large vessel you can spend the night :-)
