Wow, Sounds like you are really making progress! And I thought that taking a constant tone piezo buzzer apart and installing a momentary push button switch in series with it was going places. At least morse code or a sonar transponder beacon could be produced from it. If placed on an object of interest, you could relocate it a later date. I am still going to persue straight analog voice as any broadband passive sonar system will be able to hear without the need for translations.
