Outside ribs :
Pro - more space inside
contra - no streamline outside anymore
contra - corossion outside, special if doublehull concept
contra - welds on pull, needs good and full welds instead of
inside welds under pressure have just to huld the frame in
place..
contra - to build a round hull is more tricky
