If someone used the acrylic dome like that, how would they detach it quickly from its hinge so it could float free?
How does this procedure work? Thanks.

A acrylic dome with two inside hand-handles over your had
is a very nice escape pod.. even for smaller subs.

And a Steinke Hood for the guys with hatches without domes..
