I searched and searched Adam, but I could not find
any. There may be, but I couldn't find anything on non military subs being
stranded and flooded to escape.
All my searches came up with the Kursk, Squalus,
and other military subs, but no non military ones. Except for a brief bit
about one of Cousteau's early saucer
subs being lost when a cable broke, I couldn't even
find ANYTHING on a current era non military sub being sunk, much less flooded to
escape.
