Thanks for the information. It seems that all of Google's references
say that Hyman G. Rickover translated it in 1933 but they do not list
the English version. Anyway, I was looking for a technical book and,
as you say, this one is not.
I have "The U-Boat, the evolution and technical history of German
submarines" by Eberhard Rossler, translated and published by the U. S.
Naval Institute in 1981. At 384 pages, it seems to cover all U-boats
with many photos and drawings. Even the 206-209 classes are covered
and also the TOURS projects.
