What is the advantage of having the tank bottom sealed with hypalon
instead of merely open to the water? Containment of air without burping
(and losing air volume) at the surface?
What about building a cage for the hypalon or lift bag similar to a
rebar skeleton use for columns? This would retain the shape of the
inflated bag but at the same time offer minimum drag with no water mass
from an enclosed tank to worry about.
