Hi Wil. Ya, I know how the little things can slow down progress. Moving 200
tons of ANYTHING is a big task. As for the coast guard and the canal management,
could you tow the hull behind a registered boat and call it a "barge" ? It
seems like a boat yard should be located next to a bay or river, possibly with a
dry dock set-up so launching a new boat would be easier. What is the black
coating on the boat ? Do you have any pictures of the molds used in the
construction? Any pictures of the re-bar grid ? This project is very interesting
and many people are watching your progress. Hope to see the boat soon. Best of
