A good reminder for all of us to review the PSUBS Guidelines for Design, Construction, and Operation of Personal Submersibles at http://www.psubs.org/guidelines/PSUBS, and recommend additions/modifications as necessary.  The more we appear to be proactively self-regulating, the better off we will be in terms of govt intervention.  Not to mention we all benefit by operating under some common guidelines.

so I don't think it will apply to many of psubbers if it becomes
legislation, but laws seem to have a habit of expanding and changing...
