This is going to be a personal problem for me.  That's exactly
the kind of thing I have been sketching out.  It's my "diving boat"
idea modified.  My idea was a boat that would be fast on the
surface and would slip to a shallow depth every now and then.

Small aircraft?  Any idea which airframes?  Might the EAA be
selling airplane plans to drug-smuggling submarine designers?

Gee, do you think thye'd show up at DEA sales?

Someone did a bit of math to figure out how to get them to the
proper buouyancy with cocaine aboard.  You'd think the same
person could suggest a replacement for the weight.
