That makes it tough for those of us in-between.  I'm 3000 miles
from Vancouver and 1500 from Florida.  I've done some checking
of prices and airfare alone will cost me over $2000.  That's clearly
not in my budget and I'll most likely miss the Vancouver convention.

Instead of limiting the convention to two cities, why don't we let it
be more like the olympics and leave no city out of the realm of
possibility.  And at this time, I'd like to reserve the 3rd annual
convention for Boston.
