PSUBS promotes a culture of safe, responsible, and transparent principles
founded on sound judgment, disciplined planning, and continuous learning.
One of our goals is to establish a set of guidelines that will encourage and facilitate the adoption of responsible safety practices by designers, builders, and owners of small human-occupied submarines. To accomplish this goal, PSUBS provides a framework for developing, reviewing, and maintaining these guidelines. We welcome proposals from the community for new guidelines and for changes or removal of existing guidelines, and will provide the technical resources needed to evaluate, document, and make this information available to the submarine community.
