I did a quick Google search and found " 3M Scotchcast Electrical Primer
5136N" . Is this the product you are looking for ?
When I made my electrical penetrators ( 20 years ago) I don't believe this
product was available . The advice given to me at the time by some industry
professionals was to clean all the components to be cast or over molded
with acetone .
