The plans are for building a sub, one sub. Nothing more. If you share them
and together build a sub - great. Share them and build a sub each -
stealing. Same for software. Buy a copy of software and install it on 2
computers (even if you own them both) and that is piracy. (there may be a
break if you own them both but don't use them both at the same time ie: a
desktop and a laptop - any lawyers out there to clarify?)

I think that is alright.  If you buy one set of plans but share them back
and
forth without making copies I could accept that also.  Treat them like a
book
or a software license.
