yup, got one out on the pump pad right now, rusting away. use 316L SS to
build your mbts--if welded to the hull then you GOTTA be able to sandblast
and paint--soft tanks are not necessarily unhard, of course--but they are
usually fiberglas or even bladders flooded by pressure and pumped down
electrically or hydraulically and use either seawater or oil if mounted
externally (ne the early Pisces, et al)--hard tanks are pressure tanks--but
you knew that, didn't you? vance
