Good afternoon, Rick.

What I've learned is that I have the same histories he has, and he
has the plans, photos, maintenance notes, etc.

I've offered to trade him copies of the Markham plans (and anything he
wants!)
for copies of his Sleeping Beauty plans.

Tell us more.   Have you any tentative plans sketched out?   I'd
discussed
this sort of thing with a buddy, when I was very young, and we came
up with Sleeping Beauty (it seems).   Alas, this was when we were in
high school, and Miriam and Candy were of greater immediate interest.
Oh, how our priorities improve as we get older!
