For cooling a motor inside a chamber....

Is it totally enclosed, fan cooled?  If so, construct some kind of heat sink
fins inside the chamber to fit between the motor housing and the outer wall.
Let the air just make a loop thru the motor and back past the heat sinks.
just a bunch of 1" slats welded, or epoxied, running longitudinaly full lenth
but spaced about 1/2 apart.  
Get the idea?  Thats all it is... but I think it would work.  Its worth what
you paid for it!  good luck.
