Not-impersonal submersibles

I heard this from a friend, who heard it from who knows where, so I can't
say how true it might be. There's a guy who split off from Greenpeace
because he favored less nonviolent, more confrontational tactics. He
started his own group, and they do things like *ram* whalers and
dolphin-killing trawlers. And these folks, they're getting a submarine.
