Hello, I'm new to the list and a new owner of a completed submersible that is half-way through its classification process. The crew compartment certification papers have been lost, the manufacturer is out of business, the ABS cannot locate but a few microfiche records and the design engineer didn't keep them. Any ideas where to look next?
