A de-humidifier, yes,...a/c no, not really.

unless you've got a LOT of electronic equipment in the cabin,
I wouldn't think they'd be too much of a problem with heat.
In fact, one of the reasons a dehumidifier is necessary is because
the moisture in your breath will condense on the cool windows and
metal of the sub.
