Just out of curiosity, who was the mfg of the sub?  Also, why are you
trying to get it ABS certified?  Are you planning on using it as a
passenger vehicle and therefore need insurance.  I'm kind of in the
same "boat" as you ;-> in that the mfg of my sub went out of business
and will not cooperate with helping me complete it, therefore I'm on
my own.  I'm not planning on getting it certified though.
