Thanks for confirming the recommendation.

The edition cited by K & Kh is a Russian edition published by 
Sodostroeniye in 1974. Presumably, it's based on an
American edition just preceding it, so I'm assuming the 1972 edition 
published by the US Naval Institute is the "right" one. I don't know 
whether that is the first or the second.
