Guys

How do I go about getting rid of that awful smell found inside propane tanks?

I need all the advice I can get on this as I am considering an option
using a spherical propane tank 5.5 ft in diameter as an experimental
diving chamber for testing various equipment etc. It's maximum operating
depth will be no more than 150 ft.
