With regard to the welding you would be best to leave it up to the proffessionals.
We discussed this some time back & a lot of guys even though they can weld,
prefer to pay the money & get a pro to do the pressure vessel work.

If you weld on the hull then there will be "spots" or weak points next to were you welded right? so then you have to heat treat it, well cant you just take a torch and carefully maintain a speed so that you can heat treat it and then no more weak spots,
or is there another way to do this?
