That depends on how much money you want to
spend!
Roughly you could have a 1/3rd the weight of a lead
acid battery if you went to
Lithium, but the cost is many times more. If you
find what type of battery you want
& go on the manufacturers site or a dealers
site they will have an amp hour rating
wich is based on 20 hours use. There should be
specifications to help you calculate
how many amp hours you'd get drawing over an 8 hour
period.
Another factor coming in to the equation is " how
hard do you want to thrash your batteries?"
If you drain them below half their capacity you
reduce their overall life expectancy.
So say you had a 12 volt 100 amp hour battery &
you wanted to run it to 50% over 8 hours,
you might get 40 amp hours & multiplying that
by 12 (volts) you get 480 watts.
That means 520 x 12 volt 100 amp hour
batteries.
That's about $250,000 worth of batteries however
you should be able to get a good discount.
They weigh more than 30kg each so that's over 15
ton of batteries.
