John, I found by asking suppliers for shaft seals and describing the pressure to be for say a large water tank and 150psi with this pump used to agitate the interior contents was the best way to go. I would not mention submarine use. The one I was looking for was for a 1" diameter drive shaft and ran me about $60.00 but I need to look up the supplier for you. Give me a bit of time and I will see if I have any info on this purchase.
