RE: [PSUBS-MAILIST] Launch Procedure

You got it! I can't recall if you have a viewport on top of your hatch, but if you do as soon as that is wet you stop the hard tank flooding.

Subject: [PSUBS-MAILIST] Launch Procedure

Hi All,

I think I am getting a better handle on ballasting and I intend to get the sub out this weekend for some more testing.

Please let me know if I am understanding this right.

I plan on first flooding the soft tanks. After they are flooded I will let just enough water into the hard tanks to become neutral, then shut the valve.

Does this make sense to some of you with more experience?

Best Regards,

Jim K
