[PSUBS-MAILIST] Spherical and Elliptical heads

I have a question about the spherical and elliptical head calculator -  At
the top of the page is the spherical head section where you can enter your
figures, and then down below is the area to enter elliptical head figures,
but the depth result is at the very bottom of the page.  How do you know if
you are figuring for the spherical or elliptical?  It seems like they each
should have a seperate result box.

Anybody?
