I don't know, but it's certainly possible. No comments attached to the
video but it would be interesting to know if he had a scuba tank inside
or was just holding his breath.

I recall reading of it, that was also the era when some German tanks
had submersible capabilities because they were too heavy for some
bridges. AIR the early Tiger tanks had that capability and I have also
read that the Wehrmact had some tanks they sued to cross river Bug at
start of invasion of USSR.
I recall a comic book from the 50s (how's that for a factual info
source?) showing such a jeep in use, I can't recall what the driver
used for breathing...Maybe it was used in Holland after the Germans
broke some dikes to delay Allied troops.
