MUA = Mail User Agent
Just a generic name for the software you use to read your email, 
generally used only by system administrators.

You should try to use "reply-to" when answering a message from the 
mailing list, and "new" message only when starting a new topic.  It's 
not a big deal so don't worry if you are doing something else.  Just 
remember that "reply-to" goes back to the mailing list and NOT directly 
to the person who authored the message you are responding to.
