epoxy is a 2 to 1 mix and it seems to adhere very well, I applied it on the
concrete area that will see water. Also made a penetration and epoxied in
a one inch pipe through the ferro cement for a drain plug. Very gooie
stuff, but it sets up great, with the cab-o-sil that I added it made it
very easy to position the gooped up piece of pipe into place.
