At  the surface, typical temperatures are:

Summer: 12 - 16 C (54 - 61 F)
Winter:  9 - 12 C (48 - 54 F)

At depth, below the thermocline, there is little variation. Typical temperatures are 6 - 8 C (43 - 46 F).

On the extreme ends, in the Vancouver area I have seen surface temperatures as high as 68 and as low as 36.
