Not a sub, but as we are talking foils etc.

The International Moth sailing dinghy is a hydrofoil.  It's a very small 
boat (~3m), and the world record speed is ~30 Knots...

Again, not a sub but kinda cool.

Jay,

What software are you using?  I'd be interested in a review/comparison 
of any NA design software youve used.
