The key word here is "tentative".  This decision is NOT etched in stone.
In fact, we've received three votes for California and one public vote
for Florida.  Therefore, any decision is premature at this point and
open for discussion.  I think some discussion in Vancouver (as suggested
by Frank) is a great idea.  Those of you who are not traveling to
Vancouver will need to make your opinion known through the mailing list.
