Hi David. An ROV is a fairly simple and inexpensive way to enter the world
of submarines. I've seen some pretty nice ones made from PVC pipe and tiny
motors. Can't do a lot of work but real cheap to build and the learning curve is
short. I'll probably delve into these after my sub is working and hope to be
able to launch it from the sub with a video camera on-board. Frank
