Hi Carsten. Ya, if the hull was not seriously rusted, it's a start. I'm not
too keen on the window design though. And some of the welds for the window tubes
look pretty rough.
Provided the hull was salvageable, it could be possible to re-design the
ballast system and make it more stable with a "ballast deck" mounted up high.
Still, some design flaws and poor work needs to be removed/replaced. Frank
