Dean. How about welding them up, then turning them over and filling with
water. If it drips, it's leaking.
Mig is nice and fast but prone to pin holes with thin material. You're
bound to get a few, at best.
I think the brazing would plug up the holes, but the extra heat could cause
other problems.
If the holes are just tiny pin holes, the epoxy will probably plug them
well enough for open mbt's.
If the tanks are open on the bottom, do you have enough room to weld both
sides ?
Won't get any leaks that way. I wouldn't worry much about a few tiny
holes if you're sealing it all with primer and epoxy. Mig pin holes are usually
