RE: [PSUBS-MAILIST] Kreideseesub Annular VBT

Hi Brent, small corrections/additions:

20 Liters (5 Galleons) of Zincreach primers must be in to reach also the inner shell of the VBT.

After turning the hull 360 degree we drain the paint out and paint the hull with it.

Its two components Epoxy. Later two layers of wo components Epoxy multicoat and the same trick.
(never do this with singel conponent paint..)

And the tank must be grinded and clean before weld tight.
After you close the welds all pipe openings has to close tempoary and the tank will filed with weld gas - Agron or co2 until the paint will be filled in.

Additionals:
- Should be inspect via videoendoskop about all 4-5 years.
- After saltwater dives the boat should do at least one freshwater dive before went in store for longer.
(Or fill up the tank onshore with freshwater and drain out.)

"Be carfull on all details and the big thing may will survive" (carsten)
