Hi Dan,

Sorry if I caused confusion.  As with everything, we will tweak things 
to make them fit better.  Things that don't work will cease, new 
suggestions from members will be added.  And frankly, if the whole 
membership thing is a flop, then we kill it.  But I think what we'll 
find is that membership will work well, and we can begin moving into a 
direction where we have both a structure and plan that allows PSUBS to 
survive Ray and myself.  Neither of us are going to be able to manage 
the site forever.
