Just for your info, i had a quotation from Stanley Plastics in the UK for Acrylic viewports to PVHO standards.

8" x 1.25" viewport.  ?101.69 each.  Thats about $200

As it was "to PVHO standards" i assumed it included annealing.  But im not 100% sure on that, i'd have to check.
