[PSUBS-MAILIST] Magnetic couplers for RC subs

I have a background in fresh and saltwater aquariums, and have seen allot of magnetic couplings used in different systems. Mostly they are used in the back filters to keep the motor and wiring dry. The housings are plastic.

 

These products and/or there designs, may not be of any direct use for full scale PSUBs, but they might be great for RC subs. RC subbers can have trouble with the normal shaft seals they use. If currently designing a static diving,flying RC sub.
