Marki,  I did get it in Grand Rapids, MN .  I am still trying to get in 
touch with the original builder/operator.  But so far have only left 
messages on phone #s in his name with no results.  I would love to meet him 
as I also recieved the original plans with his notes and you can see he is a 
meticulous craftsman who had to think out every detail without a forum such 
as this.
