I am not sure how a business plan for a deep diver in ocean farming could work -
and how you should make money with it - less how a dumb bourocratic bank manager
would give money for it - money for new and never done things always comes from
private investors commited personally with a cause.
There is also a flaw in business idea: ocean farming happens in first 100m of
the ocean. - You basicly have enclosures with animals to feed - how would you
improve that business with a 24m deep diving submarine ???
Maybe a fast autonomous, - yacht like - shallow diving submarine could be of use
for tuna rearing as performed in australia... as you could round up a tuna swarm
and push it to surface with air bubbles as orcas do. So you could get tuna into
your net cage that you could not get from a surface ship - But that would be a
work for a complety different type of submarine.
