Hi Paul, I think the "Inliner" can be anything which form a nice rounded
"cave". But I think this kind of design make only sence for vessels
which should go deep. The most problem I see is the hull penetration
design. Nearly anything has to be ready in design and build before you
mix the concrete..  

That means a complete other way of work. All equipment like shafts,
domes, hatches, drop weight keys etc. has to be at the shop before you
start to mold the hull.
