Hey, that rings a bell. Somewhere in the

I believe we have reciprocity with the US.
They come up to Nanoose Bay to fire torpedoes, etc. We let'em.

Actually, they do use our deep water inlets for
practise. i wonder if I need someone's permission . . . ah, idle
thoughts.
